Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurses, or LPNs, provide basic patient care and ensure that patients are comfortable and well cared for. Unlike CNAs, LPNs can administer medication and perform other duties such as inserting catheters, taking blood pressure, as well as record vital signs. LPNs also work hand-in-hand with RNs and MDs to educate patients and their loved ones on the proper procedures on caring for their sick relatives.
